This "test" is misleading. For example, it points out that water vapor is the biggest greenhouse gas, but it misses a couple key points: First, water vapor concentrations are not changing like the concentrations of carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide are. Each greenhouse gas traps escaping radiation at different wavelengths: almost all of the radiation that can be trapped by water vapor already is, but radiation in the ranges of the other greenhouse gases can escape if the concentrations are kept low enough.
